-No, Gayo Venture Theme Park didn't provide accommodation but we colaborate with hotels that the nearest with Gayo Venture Theme Park

Are there extra charges for any of the attractions inside Gayo Venture Theme Park?

-All attractions are included in your admission ticket

Are tickets transferable?

-Tickets are not transferable and must be used by the same person throughout the day

Are tickets refundable?

-We regret that tickets sold are non-refundable, even in cases of inclement weather

I lost my ticket(s) / I forgot the confirmation number of my ticket(s). Is there a way to retrieve it?

-For ticket purchased online, please visit the Guest Services counter with the relevant credit/debit card and photo ID for verification. For ticket purchased on-site please present your proof of purchase at our Guest Services counter

Can I re-enter Gayo Venture Theme Park after leaving?

-Your admission ticket is valid for an entire day. Please obtain a re-enter hand stamp upon exit. A valid stamp and ticket must be presented for re-entry. For special events, Term and Conditions apply

May I changed the date of my Gayo Venture Theme Park ticket(s)?

-Tickets purchased from our website is valid for one visit, within 30 days from your selected visit date. Other charges, or extensions to ticket dates are not allowed

Are there facilities for the handicapped?

-At Gayo Venture Theme Park we strive to create an environment that is accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. A rider's guide is available at Guest Services, which explains boarding procedures and specific information related to each attraction. Additionally, all restaurants, stores, toilet, lockers and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs

Can I shower in the park?

-Yes only in the Deep Sea Adventure area, there are bathroom provided

Where can I find Halal food in the park?

-There are all Halal food in our Aircraft Food Court and foodstalls

Are there vegetarian options available in the park?

-Yes, you will find vegetarian dishes on the menu at most of our restaurants

Is it possible for parties and conventions to be held in the park?

-Yes, please contact our Event Management at em@gvtp.com and we will customise a package for you

Can I bring food and drinks into the park?

-With such an abundance of food options available at Gayo Venture Theme Park we kindly ask that our guests not to bring food and drinks from outside the park

Are there photography restrictions within the park?

-Photography and videography are permitted, but not while experiencing the attractions. Production cameras and drones are not allowed inside the park.

Can I bring my pets to the park?

-Other than service animals for the visually impaired, no pets are allowed within the premises

Is smoking allowed in the park?

-Our smoking zone is located at the Wonderland Garden
